So I popped into the Karen Miller store today in Paragon mall, while in Singapore and this dress caught my eye in the window.

Silly me got the wrong size to try on, but the dress is still so gorgeous, it's girly yet proper and I adore the colours!

I loved a lot of other stuff they had in the store at the moment too, it's all very romantic and girly, as much as I want to like flower prints I sometimes find it hard to, but I was absolutely falling in love with everything in the store today...

That dress is so much cuter in person, it's got a fair bit of lining underneath the skirt, so it gives it a bit off 'poof'.

Hmmm...might go wait half a year for it to all hopefully go on sale in Melbourne...

Impulse Buying

I had been eyeing it in the Melbourne store for a little while and was sold when the assistant came over to talk about the bag with me and how perfect it was and how well it did everything. Except for the price which left me humming and aahing. Since as I stated before, I wasn't keen to spend more than $150 or so on a new bag.

Buuuut after expressing my sentiments online to my friends, I was convinced that if I saw it at the Mimco store in the airport, I would buy it.

And so I did.

And I looooove it.

I decided to break it in a bit during my one night stay in Singapore, it came out shopping with me. I'm so excited to use this back in Melbourne, I see it just matching like, everything!

I've wanted to had more time to shop in Singapore, but the way things have worked out I didn't get too much time today, although I did manage to grab this great ring for $9 from Forever 21

Hopefully I'll have a bit more time tomorrow...although my baggage space is kind of limited. ;s

Vietnam - Melbourne - USA

Hey guys! Just letting you know I'm jetting off to Saigon tonight, or technically tomorrow since my flight is at 00:05!

I'll be there for a week for business and some pleasure too of course! I am totally excited to be feasting on rice paper rolls and mustard leaf rolls....mmmm!

Unfortunately though, sometimes the Vietnam networks do block blogger/blogspot, so I may not be able to retell my adventures until I get back to Melbourne on the 14th.

Now after the 14th, I'm back in Melbourne for a while then on the 23rd I jet off to the US for 5 weeks!

Yes I am super super excited! Popping into New York, LA and Hawaii...mmmm 5th Avenue...Tiffany is calling....

But I will remind you guys closer to the date, wouldn't like to just disappear on you all for 5 weeks with no notice!

Mum had picked out this dress at a Zimmerman sale sometime ago, $50? No complaints there! I pretty much stole it from her wardrobe, left it in Philippines for a while then got dad to bring it back to me.

Went to see Sex and the City 2 last night. Ah, gloriously terrible film from a movie and plot line perspective. But, SAMANTHA IS FABULOUS. What more needs to be said?

Ah, it's nice to be able to wear your summer dresses in the cooler months isn't it? I discovered this boob tube dress at the back of my closet and thought the patterns would be really cute to wear in winter.

And I'm learning to thrift! I re-visited the wonderful op shop I mentioned a few weeks ago and the men's Banana Republic cardigan I had my eye on was still there! I've been wearing it everyday almost now, it's made of 100% merino wool and is soo incredibly warm. For $20? Not a bad steal I reckon.

Just a quick change before I dashed out to go to the gym today. I've been wanting to wear this dress for a while actually, but whenever I ended up putting it on it never felt 'right', as much as I do love it. I find myself wearing it a lot during summer, so I suppose it's been a little too cool for it.

Today though was ridiculously sunny and lovely, so a pretty dress was in order I think.

My Catwalk

Arrggh, I've been running around the stockists of Maurice and Eve in Melbourne trying to find this dress to try on and alas, I have not yet been successful.

And alas, there it is online. Where I can't try it on before I consider getting it. Sigh. Times like these I wish I was definitely a size 6 and everything looked amazing on me.

Ah well. Time to turn on my detective shopping goggles on and hunt around those boutiques a little harder!

I find myself with a random craving a draw string bag I can wear across my body, that gently bounces off my hip as I saunter around in my Dr Denims.

Whilst Witchery, Mimco and Oroton all have quite adorable ones that I saw while out and about, I'm not so keen to be spending $200 on a bag at the moment. But they're just so cute.

Oh dear I'm making sleepy eyes in that first photo.

Today whilst browsing an adorable op shop (I'm not usually fond of op shops but this one actually had really nice stuff), the shopkeeper said hi to me and then gave me a go over and said I looked great. Hmm. Really something about getting changed in 5 minutes that works for me at the moment.

Also discovered a totally adorable and HUGE vintage store on Smith st, with surprisingly reasonable prices (dresses for $35? yes please!) which I certainly plan to go back and ransack one of these days....

The past two days I've been getting some lovely things in the mail. The first of which is the beautiful scarf I'm wearing, which I bought off from ebay. I bought it on Monday, it was in my house on Tuesday. I am absolutely smitten with it.

I thought it would make a lovely alternative to my black scarf with white skulls that I've been completely whoring out.

I also just got my new Silver Spartans from blackmilk clothing today as well! I went up a size to large, which fit my thighs and hips much better, but unfortunately get a little bit looser around the ankle than I'd like. But not too badly I suppose at least.

I plan to get better pictures of these babies soon, as I was too lazy to get shoes that matched, but my brother commented on how I look like a super hero.

So looking forward to wearing these to go karaoke in on Friday!

I think this question has come at an interesting time for me, as I find myself actively blogging more than ever and really enjoying the time that I do spend on it.

When I first started, it was due to me really starting to get into fashion and trying to involve myself more with the fashion world, being more creative with my outfits, what not. So through the internet, I stumbled on to fashion blogs. And I found it absolutely fascinating. But I found it quite a tiring thought to have to take the time to take photos and document what you're wearing etc. I gave it a try anyway, as some of my friends had commented on loving my clothes and my outfits (although I haven't actually shown many of them this blog) so it seemed like a good idea.

I was a very sporadic uploader and was pretty pathetic at doing it regularly. I think I was in a situation where I felt silly taking pictures of myself and was in the mindset that I wouldn't be popular enough for anyone to look at my blog.

But overtime and maybe with the starting of my second blog, one based on food, imsohungree, blogging started to become a thing I enjoyed personally. I used to write diaries as a child, and on deviantart used to write fairly long journal posts about how I was feeling or saying what I did during the day etc. So once blogging started to become something enjoyable and almost a habit, I started becoming far more regular. I really enjoy the time out from writing emails or thinking that I always need to be working to find pretty things, reflect a bit about food, share what I am wearing and even if no one is reading, at least I'm getting a point of view out there somewhere on the internet. Blogging is something for me to enjoy.

Nowadays how much is it a part of my life? I think it's actually become a fairly significant aspect, well not that important, but it does crop up a fair bit in my thoughts. Since I have the food blog, I make the effort to go out and try new places more often and be adventurous with my food, which leads me to reading more foodblogs and articles about restaurants to find out what's going on in the restaurant-sphere. Same thing can be said about my clothes, I think nowadays I try to wear something different almost everyday, so that in case I end up taking pictures for the blog, I have something different to put up! I get a bit nervous when I wear the same outfit twice now!

And I suppose, since I do make the effort to try and wear new things, I push myself slightly out of my comfort zone and force myself to pretend I'm confident in whatever I'm wearing!

So I suppose from that point of view, blogging is something that's improved my life, made me invest a little more time in myself, made me work a little bit on my self esteem and really helped me find a love of food!

Now if I could somehow transfer this from hobby to a career....

Had a very quiet celebration at home with my mother, aunt, brother and some of my favourite guys (Dad and grandma are off overseas). Sushi, cake, macarons and some Disney movies, what more could a girl (woman?) want? Although I am having a wild bash on Friday...

Underground Saints

I have to wonder why I've never explored the Degraves St underground section.

It's so darn cool!

I initially popped down to look for a zine I was recommended which talked about the differences between macarons and macaroons (the foodie in me loves this stuff), but I also remembered that there was a jewelery store I had heard about, but never gotten around to visiting.

Corky Saint Clair, is just adorable. Whilst carrying adorable, cartoon-esque necklaces, quirky and whimsical cufflinks that belong to their label, the store also has some other amazing designers.

Corky Saint Clair's stuff though, is so reasonably priced, I'm thinking of going back tomorrow and picking up a couple of pieces for myself...

It's a karaoke octopus! Too good!

They also have some Victoria Mason pieces which I quite liked....

And there were these great necklaces with cast hearts and livers, but along with Victoria Mason, they were a wee bit out of my price range...

Managed to find a bit of time the other day to pop into a few of my sometimes-discount-stores, which I just realised I absolutely miss doing. I just haven't had time to get into shops and browse through racks of clothing and look and feel clothing in my hands.

Online shopping is glorious fun, but there's nothing like actually getting out into the shops. Although this day there wasn't anything in the stores, I was told by one of the shopkeepers that I looked great, which I found quite random, as I literally dressed in 5 minutes. Just one of those perfect outfit days?

And yes, I have been absolutely whoring out this scarf to high heaven lately, but it just seems to match everything. Makes me really think I should invest in an Alexander McQueen one...

Oh and check out this ring that I did find in a store on Rathdowne St, I saw it in the window and just had to have it. Bit of a steal at $18 I think?

Argh! So behind in uploading! I can't believe how busy I've been! So instead of putting all my pictures in one post I'm going to break it up into a few, so it's not such an image overload!

First outfit I wore on Wednesday when I went into the city to have lunch with Brad and then ranted and raved at a meeting in the restaurant I work at part time (as a marketing assistant) afterwards. Hadn't worn these shoes out for ages and loved how they looked paired with some black stockings underneath.

Love being able to wear summer shoes in winter!

Second outfit was when Brad and I went out for dinner on Thursday night. I had seen this dress ages ago in stores but could not justify the price tag, as much as I loved it. I mean, heart prints, shirt dress, it was designed for me! However, on a later trip to Malaysia I saw it with a 30% discount on the price tag.

Hey I could justify that. So the dress became mine and I am still very happy. Although one of the top buttons pops open every now and again, so I have to be a bit wary with that!

Being the fabulous gay man I am, if I did have thousands of dollars to do nothing with, I would go bid on everything at Jay Manuel's auction for charity!

From May 13-23 the well known creative director of photoshoots on America's Next Top Model, has selected items from his wardrobe and has put them up for auction on ebay!

The best part, a portion of the proceeds (have to go check how much...) will go to Operation Smile, a charity treating facial deformities all around the world. (operationsmile.org)

Whilst there are some fashion choices of Jay's that I think are questionable (does he really need that much tan...?), I will say that throughout my year's of watching the show, there are some stunning pieces he's worn.

And looking through the ebay auctions, there are some fabulous pieces up for grabs!

Well I should've updated yesterday, but just so y'all know, cause I'm quite proud of myself, on Sunday I ran at the Mother's Classic Fun Run, which is a fun run (obviously) held on Mother's Day to raise money for breast cancer research. I ran 8kms in 47 minutes and 49 seconds and raised $1000! Also placed 2805 out of 5595 people, which I thought was kinda cool, haha. :]

But anyhoo, this is what I'm wearing today. I randomly had a craving to wear this hoodie, so just tossed on some easy to ear clothes. Got a bit cool though, so tossed on my lil black cardie underneath it.

Isn't this cute though? Picked it up in Japan at the Gotemba outlets last year and I haven't really worn it much because I've always thought it'd fall off my shoulders, but after wearing it all day today, I'm very much attached to it. Makes me feel like a bit of a witch with the hood and sleeves.

Also, very much love my lil black cardigan, the back is just lace, which you can't really see so well because my top is black itself, but I found it in this cute little shop on the corner of Johnston and Smith which carries samples from all the British brands you can't get in Melbourne.

And I never wear matching ankle socks.

Ooh, look at me pull the sassy face! But this dress does that to me, I feel mature but still quite sexy and I adore the colour.

Cantão is a Brazillian brand, mum and I picked up this dress sometime last year at an amazing sale on Rathdowne, she has since gotten a few other pieces from them (when on sale) and their pieces are always so beautifully bright and festive.

But this dress is now prominently mine, rather than mum's although she has worn it out a couple of times as well.

I have also started getting a lot more use out of my Chanel bag lately, it's so easy to treat it as a precious thing, but if it stays locked up in it's box, what's the point of having bought it?! I'm always amazed at how much I can squeeze into it...boys will never understand it's worth.

So popped out last night with Brad for dinner and then drinks with his friend. Was surprisingly comfortable in walking around in the heels all night, although the toes were a weeeee bit squished by the time I got home.

The price of fashion hey?

SO! Because I changed my e-mail recently, I totally forgot to sign up for Missy Confidential again and nearly missed that there was a Sass and Bide warehouse sale over this weekend!

OH THE HORROR!

But fortunately I made it in today and picked up a few pieces at an absolute bargain!

I remembered eye-ing off this skirt in David Jones when it was new. Got it for $20! Think I'll probably wear it with a white shirt and my knee high boots or something...

I'd been looking for the perfect blue jean, and whilst I originally had a skinny in mind, these flares are just amazing. $30 as well. WHAAT?!

Mum found this cute lil dress/top (she plans to wear it as a top, and I as a mini dress) which we snatched up for $20! I think for winter I'll wear it with my black milk leggings...<3

I also got a pair of cropped leopard print rats leggings, which I have always thought were pretty ugly as leggings go, but mum convinced me to slip them on under my mini and I think if worn with a pair of knee high boots, would be pretty cute this winter. And hey, they were only $10. Why not? I'm not sure where my mum put them, otherwise I'd have grabbed a picture of them too.

Since mum's come home I find myself eating a lot more again, which kinda sucks cause my Dad just brought back some of my clothes that I left in the Philippines, which include a bunch of beautiful high waisted skirts which are fitting just right at the moment....*siiigh* to be a woman.

Ah well. At least I got a great steal today! <3

I finally have my leopard print dress.

White Suede (if you haven't noticed in some of my posts already...) is one of my favourite Melbourne brands I think. I just wish I had more money to buy more of their beautiful dresses!

I scored this dress on my trip to Sydney though (funnily enough), from a few seasons ago, but even then I couldn't find this one in the stores in my size.

So there it was in Sydney, in my size, on sale.

We all know that it was meant to be in that instance!

So since it was Friday yesterday, I decided it would be dress up Friday as I wanted any reason to wear this dress out and feel fabulous in the city. Which I certainly did! Gym, lunch at my favourite cafe (again) with one of my dearest friends and a fun night trotting around town (in heels this high it's what you do) with Brad. Although we concluded Friday night's weren't our nights for going out (we prefer being able to hear each other talk...) we still discovered a whole heap of new places to check out at a later date. Gosh I love Melbourne.

White Verve

Just imagine this outfit with some knee high boots, I was too lazy to put them back on for the photo. :]

This is one of the beautiful tops I bought when I was in Sydney last weekend. White Verve is a Sydney brand, and a very young one at that having only started up a year or so ago (according to the shop assistant), the designer was designing for Ladakah and the like before starting up on her own.

What else is really cool about the brand though, is that with each season they choose a cause or organization that supports underprivileged women to contribute to, with each purchase of one of their pieces. I love that a young Australian brand is doing this, as I suppose it's a little more typical of the big names to do so, but the women that White Verve support are a little more unique.

But yes, I love this top, I feel very girly and sweet when I wear it and I love the details on the front and the back, the sequins are so subtle and adorable! There were chains hanging off the ends of the sleeves but I ended cutting them off because they just got in the way...

It was a glorious 19 degrees in Melbourne again and I spent most of my day sitting outside talking. Lovin it.

After spending a weekend in Sydney where it was quite a delightful 27 degrees, I am actually more than happy to be back home in Melbourne where it is a very jacket-cosy-ingly 19 degrees.

I love my jackets, I love my boots, I love warm cups of hot chai in cute cafes.

Pinched mum's jacket out today, since it was delightfully cold enough to do so, it makes me feel kinda European. Must be the boots as well.

And usually I hate doing buttons on shirts and dresses up all the way, I mean hey, I am a girl, might as well make use of my assets a little, but I was surprised at how cute I found this dress was all done up.

And have I mentioned I love dresses with pockets before?

This post is about a week late, sorry for being so slack! Was just in Sydney over the weekend for a fabulous zombie-ing and Thriller dancing time (yes I'm entirely serious!). I may get videos up soon. :]

Wore this out on one of those weird, cool but really warm cause it's sunny days too. But it worked out pretty well for me, picked up some film that I got developed from my great uncle's camera and found old pics of my deceased dog which brought up some nostalgia and went for lunch with the boy at my favourite cafe.

Black Milk Clothing has also just re-released some new spartan leggings...which I'm DYING to buy...but...I just bought some goodies in Sydney....*siiiiiiigh*

For having almost absolutely no sleep last night, I think I managed to put together a very cute outfit today!

I got this men's Ralph Lauren shirt adjusted to fit me a little bit better. It's one of my favourite pieces I think.

So today I took my Grandma out for a brunch, hence why I decided to take my Chanel bag out for a run since it was Grandma who got it for me for Christmas. :] I really do need to get more wear out of this bag!

Had another little coffee date today, that went well, that always puts one in a good mood no matter how tired they are hey? :]

Sunnies - Prada

My friend took a bunch of photos of me yesterday cause he liked my shirt against the backdrop of Federation Square.

Which then reminded me, I haven't shown you guys my new sunnies, which I only picked up about two days ago!

Yes sunglasses are a big deal for me because I am extremely blind and don't use contacts. I can't stand trying to poke myself in the eye. So instead, I invest in getting prescription sunglasses. My last pair were from Burberry and have lasted me a good 2-3 years, and whilst I still love them, they have stretched out a bit and fall off my face whenever I look down into my bag to find something.

And hey, the new sunnies must really be doing something, I got a random guy who asked for my number at the GAS STATION. Since when are guys eyes peeled for that at the gas station? And then I had a really nice...well. I suppose I can call date, in the evening.

How was your weekend folks? Here's a recap on mine!

Friday night, went to a friend's friend's 21st Birthday. So happy I finally got a chance to wear this dress out, bought it a month or two ago but I just haven't been out so, hadn't really deemed it appropriate to wear. Although, I discovered a cute casual way to wear it which I will demonstrate on a warmer day maybe...

Lots of fun and way too many gin and tonics.

Saturday, I got 5 hours of sleep and then drove down to the market to buy food for Sunday, where I invited my friends over and cooked up lots of lamb for them. I adore shopping at the market. As I have said previously. My butcher this time, gave me the better lamb cutlets with a bit of extra fat on them to give them more flavour and on top of that, tossed in a couple of extra free on top of what I asked for! Now isn't that just the sweetest thing?

Yes, since I got these heels re-heeled, I have been absolutely wearing them to death. I always think a pop of colour can work with any outfit, especially if that pop of colour is on the shoes. And these are probably my most comfortable pair of heels, I danced the Thriller dance in them at my friend's birthday!

Also, this jacket was pinched from my mum's closet, since I have more shoulder than her, it fits me quite nicely. I am quite in love with it. I am very excited for fall to really set in so that I can wear it all the time!

Oh and I totally didn't plan to wear Miss Sixty head to toe on Saturday, but it just works together all so well!

I love putting on a pretty dress and going to buy food at the market. Especially when I have to buy meat and/or fish, as the fish mongers and butchers can be so sweet if you happen to catch their eye. Which isn't too hard if you are in a pretty dress, see where I'm coming from?

Especially the older guys, they're just so sweet and charming and are completely non-threatening. It's just so pleasant, why can't guys in my generation be more charming like that?

I've been waiting for some cooler weather to wear this dress, I absolutely adore it to bits, although I didn't notice it initially and only got it because my mum suggested. She really does have a good eye sometimes, I am now in love with this dress because it is just so comfortable and makes me feel so girly and sweet...in a not overly girly way.

And it has pockets. What dress with pockets is not immediately epic win? AND it was on sale. Got it for like 35 bucks instead of 200! That's a STEAL in my books ladies.

Wore this yesterday and had a fabulously decadent lunch for one. Baked chicken and strawberry, vanilla cheesecake. Mmmmm. And a great book of course.

I'm so glad in a way that my mum used to buy all her clothes kinda oversized. For whatever reason, she's always been tiny. Weird 80's trend. But since they're generally a bit bigger, they all fit me pretty well since I'm a little more on the manly side. I have guns honey.

For some reason, the shirt and the shorts combination makes me feel like a gay man. I don't mean that in a bad way at all, I absolutely love it, so of course I had to pair it with these cute little shoes...which a guy has totally asked where I bought them from before.

So yah. Totally just wanted to strut around the city all day. Cause y'know darling. I just felt so fabulous.

We've had a bit of a cooler spell today and it's just been a treat, it's been so long since I've donned a pair of jeans! Although all the ice-cream in summer has been making it a bit tricky...

The top and the belt are two of the goodies I picked up on Friday from the Miss Sixty closing down sale in the city! I LOVE the shirt, I love a well fitted collared shirt and I adore the colour of it as well.

The belt is also a surprise love, I normally like the elastic ones, but this one has proven to be very comfortable, goes with a lot of my clothes and is well, quite a statement in itself.

Went to have yum cha today with my family, aunt and uncle and my lil 2 year old second cousin (is that what you call it? My uncle is my mum's cousin...so their son is not directly my cousin...so that's a second cousin...isn't it?). He's so adorable, if I ever have a kid, I want them to be a bit like him, he'll charge down a sidewalk to give me a hug when he has the energy. Awwww.

So the past two days have been absolutely horrible and muggy. I hate, almost going to rain weather. It should just rain and clear up and be lovely and cool, I'm so excited for winter to come around already!

Have had a really nice past couple of days, went to my high school 5 year reunion last night (forgot to take outfit pictures!), haven't been in a room filled with girls for a long time!

Today went to see the documentary "The Day Before: Jean Paul Gaultier" today which documents the 28 hours before Jean Paul's 2009 couture show. Fantastic documentary, probably one of my favourite designer documentaries so far, Jean Paul is just such a character and his couture pieces are just whimsical but edgy at the same time.

It's always fun when the crowd is a bit interactive too! We were all laughing and clapping away like a live theatre show or something!

Oh and also went to the Miss Sixty store in Melbourne Central today, because my mum was there randomly trying on clothes and whilst she didn't buy anything at the 70% off sale...I ended up buying three things. Oh dear. So much for saving money. NO MORE SHOPPING. (yeah right.)

So one of those days where I just ran through my closet throwing everything onto the floor because I had NO clue what to wear. Although I knew I wanted a dress, but I also knew it was going to be a good 30 degrees or so. So wanted to be comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with how cute this dress was with a belt and how cute the whole ensemble looked with sandals! (I was thinking of wearing it with heels originally...)

But yes, went to lunch with my best friend at Gingerboy (which you can read about here!) and then met someone for coffee down on Glenferrie road. All in all a good day.

Oh! And I finished "Game of Thrones", great book! Now working on "The Dragon Keeper" by Robin Hobb, one of my favourite writers!

Whilst I do love jeans, I have yet to pick me up a pair of Cheap Mondays, which is strange because whilst I do love jeans, I do love good quality cheap things more!

I've just never loved the cut or the feel of the denim and I've always been a little bit suspect about what my friends have said about them...in the fact that they don't give or stretch too much.

Honey, when you have thighs like mine, you WANT/NEED/DESPERATELY NEED the jeans to give and stretch a bit.

However, I spied their lookbook for this season a while ago and I absolutely fell in love with this picture:

I absolutely need to grab an old pair of dark jeans and smear white paint all over them. But would I get the brushes of paint in the exact right areas? As perfect and as well balanced as these pairs of jeans are? Highly questionable.

But basically, I love the look.

And looking at the rest of their lookbook, I love what they're doing with their denim this season, it's so much more exciting and edgy, I love the 'raw' denim feel the pictures are just oozing, which is exactly not what their jeans were to me previously.

Isn't that wash colour just beautiful?

I always say buying pre-ripped jeans is such a stupid notion, and whilst I probably would not buy these myself....just...so...cool.....

Whoop, a very late outfit upload...but ah well. Better than never.

Wore this out on Tuesday night to a dinner at Mamasita, this awesome new mexican place in the city, with a couple of friends. Been to the place once before and love it, but my gosh, the place in the past week has just been hit with reviews so it was SO busy that night!

About the outfit though...I love that I have at least one McQueen piece, even if it was what he designed for Target! I found the piece in the Philippines in this place where they have random surplus of American stock...unfortunately this piece was only available in large, but I thought it looks very cute belted up no?

And I absolutely adore my Acne's with the black milk leggings. Aren't they fabulous? I soooo cannot wait for the new 2010 collection from black milk to come out!

I'm feeling kind of nautical and a bit like the bastard style child of something Parisian and Melbournian.

But I quite like it.

This t-shirt my Dad originally bought from the Prada outlet store, its for the sailing team Luna Rossa, Prada does their shirts and things and it was a bit too small for him so I had been using it as a gym shirt...but then when I had a sudden desire for something nautical, I realised how adorable a top it made.

I've recently changed from my Longchamp bag to my YSL that mum got me last year from an outlet in Italy. It makes me feel boy-ish and I quite like that. Maybe I should've gel-ed my hair and gone for an androgynous look today...

Spent just about the whole day, after going to the gym and killing myself on weights cause I haven't really done them for a week or two....at the restaurant I'm working as a marketing assistant at in the city. Both my jobs are pretty online based so I can work from home, but I really like having somewhere to go out to y'know? So I sort of claim one of the tables upstairs of the restaurant and sprawl everything across it.

And of course get my fix of wildberry yoghurt sometime between 3-4pm.

So this top I found in a Bendon outlet, in the pajamas section. But I saw it and absolutely fell in love with the colour and cut, so I've decided it's going to become an adorable top instead! And my friend who previewed my outfit over skype before I went out, commented on how touchable the material looked. Teehee.

It was just another one of those perfect weather days y'know? Although my day started out a bit rough, it ended up being pretty awesome. Good weather, met up with a friend in my FAVOURITE cafe and then got home...and discovered that my black milk leggings had arrived.

I rushed upstairs to try them on...oh my goodness. I am SO in love. I want it to be winter so I can wear them EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE.

So I celebrated by taking 20 million pictures of them.

Oh and in these next few pics are some of my new purchases from the Maurice and Eve two day warehouse sale, god i'm SO glad they brought that to Melbourne. I was devastated when it was firstly announced in Sydney.

Need to find me a good backless bra for these backless tops though...but aren't they great? I absolutely love the cut.

Popped out for lunch with my brother today and bought a new book, I just realised the other day that over the past 2-3 months I've read about 6 books! I'm enjoying this reading habit I've re-developed!

So I like, love this top, it just goes with everything except for high-waisted skirts and pants since I don't like hiding the cute tiger's face.

I also love this resin bangle I purchased recently, down from like $200 to $15! Are you kidding me? What a steal! But it's gorgeous and again, just has this tendency to go with everything...

Hmm, I have been getting very very lazy with updating this haven't I? Yet again. Oh well, at least I do every now and again...I love this top though, the back is just amazing, it's actually more like a tunic, but I don't really like how it fits me lower down, so I think it's much cuter worn with something high waisted.

This was my outfit on Friday, where I went to a costume shop with a friend to pick up some make up so I can make people into zombies in a month...need some practice between then and now though!

We also went to check out the new Ice House in Melbourne which just opened. Ice Skating is really good fun.

And since I"m single today, I will not go with the obvious and say Happy Chinese New Year! :]

White Suede's Winter 2010 collection is hitting stores...about now. And although I need to be saving money for my trip to the US in June....oh, gosh. I love it. I want to buy something. So bad. Their dresses are as girly and beautiful as ever, the cuts in this season are a little more girly and the overall silhouette a little bit softer, but still more fitted than previous seasons I find. There are some beaaautiful patterns in this collection as well.

I am particularly enamoured with this beautiful maxi one shoulder dress, this rose print is just to die for. I've been really craving something with floral print, but I'm really struggling to find something I love. This might just tick that box....

Love the tuxedo jacket.

Omgoodness. Can I just say that this dress just makes me die? I love this shade of blue!

I love the leopard print jacket, another print I've been craving for but again, have trouble finding something I really like. But the subtle detail of the print in this jacket is just lovely, I'm curious to see what it looks like in person...

Hardly need a jacket like this in the current weather...it's horribly 30 degrees everyday at the moment...but just soooo chic.

Wore this yesterday on a lovely cold 21 degree day, which immediately followed a 40 degree day...go figure Melbourne weather. One of the only places in the world where this is probably a regular occurance. Of course today is a charming 24 or so and is sunny again. Whuuuut?

The boyfriend keeps leaving his t-shirts and socks at my place, but this one t-shirt of his I particularily happen to like. So of course, I took it, washed it (what a mother I am…) and have decided to keep it for a few days before I return it to him. Unfortunately as he is a backpacker, he doesn’t have a whole lotta clothes. So I can’t really steal anything from him permanently.

I haven’t worn converse in ages. I’m such a heels girl, but it’s nice to be able to chuck them on every now and again. However I think it’s high time I got another pair…these ones are so terrible beat up. I had my eye on a yellow pair…they would match my belt nicely…

Went go-karting with the boy, bestie and bestie's friends last night! Was SO much fun, and I ended up being quite the unexpected dark horse, I proved to be a very good defender and came 4th out of the 8 of us! And hey, I was the only girl there. The boy, who's craaazy about cars, was very impressed.

So doing it again.

I love supermarkets. I love food, I love shopping for food and I'm slowly growing more of a love for cooking as well. Just had a massive cookfest with my friends on the weekend and it was just glorious fun.

Potato pancakes, macaroons and a lot of meat was had over the course of one day.

Well I would imagine every Melbourne/Sydney blogger in their right mind is and has probably blogged about this man, but you know what? He is so gorgeous I"m going to do it too!

I happily went down to GPO at about 6pm with my friend, I figured it was too late and that there would probably be a massiiive queue so I probably wouldn't get my book signed, which I had towed along in my bag, just in case. Aaand I was right.

There was a MASSIVE line.

So since I kinda had dinner plans I decided not to wait in line and just admire all the gorgeously dressed people!

And of course. See Scott Schuman. Wow, alliteration anybody?

My gay friend and I gasped.

He is gorgeous. Not at all in a sexual way, but in the most sensual, mature, eloquent way possible.

I am now in belief that all men need to be as well groomed and tailored, or should be. As god damn it looks good. We loved him with the glasses and without. We dubbed his picture pose after his namesake 'The Satorialist'.

But after a bit, we decided since we were in GPO, to poke our noses into the shops.

I had not been into the Acne store yet.

I left with a very big bag.

And a MASSIVE hole in my bank account.

So I've been in Malaysia the past week or so and actually been pretty good with taking photos of my outfits and things, but I've just been posting them on my chictopia (http://www.chictopia.com/ThunderMistress) instead of here!

I kinda hate how conservative you have to be while in Malaysia, since it's a muslim country and all, it's not usually a good idea to draw too much attention to one's self or show too much skin. I usually let my legs show, but definetly keep the cleavage closed up.

But been shopping a fair bit, did a bunch more today since I took my grandma out on a little day date and bought her a few meals, so in return she helped me with some little purchases! <3

The sandals in the above photos are new from Charles & Keith, I've been needing a pair of sandals for summer back in Australia and these are just PERFECT. I'm going to need to back to a Charles & Keith branch that has them in the darker brown colour...the one in the mall right next to my hotel doesn't have them! I've been trying on other sandals but just nothing meets the comfort level and classy simplicty of these ones.

I am also in love with the new bag, I'm surprised how much I love it as a satchel. I haven't worn any of my bags like that for ages, but it just looks so cute! And hey, it was only like AUD20!

But yes, will certainly be sharing my new purchases quite soon I'm sure. :]

So I touched down in Malaysia last night, spending the next 10 days or so in Kuala Lumpur.

Which I'm a little worried about, as other than eating with my relatives (which only occupies lunch and dinner times), really, the only thing for me to do here...is go shopping.

Is this such a bad thing? Oh no not really, but I'm sure my credit card will hate me later and I'm SUPPOSED to be saving money for my US trip next year...dilemmas, dilemmas.

But I"m moving from my Aunt's place to a hotel with my dad tomorrow, which although is across from a shopping centre, at least has a gym so I can have another way to occupy myself at least.

So I did do a little bit of shopping today, picked up a few little pieces, I can't help myself. I needed a pair of sandals and within 30 minutes of being in the shopping mall found these beauties in Charles & Keith on sale for only 50 ringett! Am tempted to go back and get them in the dark brown colour as well as I really do quite like them and I really really don't have any sandals for summer in Melbourne!

Also picked up the hat. It's not hat weather wherever I am at all. But I put it on and fell in love with it. I always see it being worn like this, in a kinda slouchy way, in magazines and things, and I love the look but not many hats actually sit like it should on my head, cause my head is so freaking big. So when I slipped this on and saw that it did, I decided I must have it.

And because I think I'm falling for the sequin obsession that seems to be popping up EVERYWHERE now.

Hoping to hit KLCC tomorrow and the bigger Topshop store there...am dying to see if they have the Ashish boots in Zebra....crossing fingers!

With the shopping bug. SIIIIGHH!

Last Sunday I went on a marveeellous shopping spree, came home with the new Aldo shoes seen in prior posts, a skirt, a few dresses and some necklaces and then just today found a great bag for $20 and 2 more dresses!

I do plan to take pics of everything when I get a chance but I'm busy packing to go to Malaysia on Friday!

Which is quite the headache in itself, as I am unfortunately limited to 20kgs. And have lots of clothes here as the prior times I hvae gone back to Australia from the Philippines, I have not needed to bring back my summer clothes....this time however....I need my summer clothes in Australia and I'm spending a longer period of time there than I have this year so far.

So more clothes are needed!

BUT.

NO SPACE.

Trying to edit my wardrobe is a miserable process.

So to make myself feel better I've been wandering around on Pixie Market and putting together a little dream wishlist should I stumble on $1000 right about now....

AGAIN. I promise I'll get better pics of my outfits once I get back to Melbourne. I just hate taking pictures of myself at home cause my place is so small and right now I share it with my dad and Uncle so there's absolutely no privacy.

Did a MASSIVE shopping expedition yesterday, my sole intent was really just to get the Aldo shoes, which I tried on last week, fell in love with but decided to wait for a little while. Oh god. Kinda a bad idea as I was thinking about them ALL WEEK.

But made it so much more satisfying to actually buy them. I now never want to take them off my feet. Heck even my dad thought they were really interesting, and he's picky in what he approves/likes. So I spose that's a good sign.

God I am SO infatuated with them. <3

Skirt is also a new purchase from Plains & Prints, a Filipino brand that I've come to quite enjoy, the clothes are well made, designs are interesting, colourful and very very reasonable priced. And when I bought a few clothes from there they came in this little circular box, like a hat box, instead of just a shopping bag. SO CUTE!

I have also randomly discovered a renewed love of Maroon 5. And strawberry frozen yoghurt, which I've discovered is amazing with almond flakes. Mmmm.

Also, I love this shirt. It's originally a man's shirt but I got it tailored to fit my shoulders and body a little more and it's easily one of my favourite white shirts now. I took two more shirts back to the place I got this shirt tailored like 2 months ago and they wanted to charge me like double the price! I think I need to learn how to sew....

Pretty much what I wore yesterday, although styled it up with one extra button undone and a couple of extra necklaces and a bracelet for good measure.

I don't usually wear so much white so it was kinda refreshing to put this ensemble together and I haven't worn this shirt in ages.

I used to be a huge fan of Barbie when I was younger, I mean really, do you know many girls who weren't? Although I will admit my fondness for pink did not come til my later years.

Ah. So I've decided as fun as it is, reading Australian magazines on my flight from Melbourne to Manila...bad idea.

Funnily enough when I was in Melbourne the whole of October, I did not really have a craving to shop, partially cause I knew I had to save money for my trip to the US in July next year, but I just didn't have a need to and didn't put aside a lot of time to go shopping.

However. I have craving now. Bad. Maybe it's just as well I'm not in Melbourne. ;x

Cosmopolitan and Madison this month have some GORGEOUS fashion spreads and I like, love everything. So after oohing and aahing over them, to the internet I went to google and look at recent and past collections.

Oh gosh I really am horrible with updating this aren't I?

So these photos are from last weekend when I went to the Caulfield cup for the Spring Racing Carnival, for the third year in a row, with some of my dearest friends. I love the horse-races and I'm one of the few girls who actually ENJOYS watching the horses run and putting money on them. Although I lost a fair bit of money, but nevermind! My friend said I was the cutest girl there because I was classy and elegant. The races get so trashy sometimes, but it's nice to see some people really put it an effort every now and again.

So I got back to Melbourne on Thursday night and promptly spent the whole weekend away from home.

But I had a fabulous time, other than getting a bit sick and COMPLETELY losing my voice. Terrifying when you can't speak at all.

Spent Friday night in a very swank little hotel room with some of my besties and then spent Saturday and Sunday nerding it up at a video game tournament. What? Fashion and videogames? Blasphemy!

But y'know, there are always exception to the rules.

Hmm, I realised I hadn't posted this up from a few days ago and thought it might be interesting to pop up here.

There's this brand in the Philippines called 'Tyler', which I've gone into a few times and I've really enjoyed looking at their stuff. They have beautifully structured clothes, which I find suit my body type a bit better, nice starchy collars and stuff.

And of course they have some rather interesting construction, lots of ruffles, shapes and what not.

I did get one thing from there a few days ago, although forgot to take a picture of it, but I wanted to share this because I thought this was just GREAT.

Oh god what's happened to me? I've gotten SO terribly lazy with even checking on the blogs I've followed!

But what inspired me to update my blog again, is my new boots I got from Zara today. I loved how they went with what I happened to be wearing today so I decided to go out for dinner in the ensemble......even though I am in the Philippines. Y'know a tropical country. BUT! To justify, it has been typhooning today, so I need to keep my feet lovely and dry.

I did just get a lovely pedicure a few days ago after all.

Change Room Dilemmas

While I was in Beijing, I went shopping.

As most girls do when they visit a city they may (or may not have) been to before.

So I went into a clothing store, Vero Moda. I had recognized it from my stay in Germany last year, as the store was everywhere, but I wasn't fond of the clothes there. They just didn't interest me. However I figured that the same brand can differ from country to country slightly, so I ventured forth and entered anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and variation this store in Beijing had. Although I am personally not so fond of 'Chinese' or 'Asian' styled fashions typically, I found a lot of the clothes quite unique and charming.

So I wandered through this store and got a sales assistant girl attached to me.

I hate shops like this. Especially in a country I don't know the language at all.

Until I actually apporached an item to show my interest, this little sharp eyed assistant followed me, somewhat discreetly and of course was swift when the chance came up to tell me that top came in other colours.

So I decided to eventually make some use out of her and picked a few things to try, trusting her to pick the sizes for me as I had not a clue as to what 80A was. What a nasty number. Being a size 12 totally sounds better than...80. Haha.

So let's jump forward to me trying on the clothes and the point of this little story.

There were a few of these tops that had caught my eye, soft of asymmetrical, off the shoulder in a light weight knit, with some rather interesting textures knitted in. And it had a lovely gradient colour on it to top.

So what's a pet peeve of mine with change rooms?

No mirrors in the change room.

For better or worse, I have to step out and reveal myself to the sales assistants, customers and...whoever else would be hanging around the change room I suppose.

Well I had no idea how the top was supposed to be positioned on my body once I had it on, so I pulled the curtain aside to have a look in the communal mirror and behold, someone else was trying on the same top.

I don't have an issue with this.

But.

She was lean, long, cute and with a far more petite frame than I.

She carried the top off much better than I, looking chic and adorable.

I look back in the mirror at frumpy, sack looking me.

It's a little bit

SOUL CRUSHING.

To be frank.

Even after my little attendant adjusted the positioned, fussed over the folds, there was just going to be no selling of that top me.

What can I say really? Maybe thats why 'asian' style has never particularly been my thing. The physique needed for it, is not mine. Heck i struggle finding a style in general most of the time these days. I don't know what to do with all this jelly.

But ah well.

I still left the store with 3 pieces.

So I suppose all was not lost.

Ah shoes...WHAT DO YOU DO TO ME!

Went to Topshop yesterday with a friend, because I decided she needed cuter going out clothes. So while she was trying on stuff, I discovered that this Topshop had some shoes I had been DYING for online in MY SIZE. The last time I went they totally said they didn't have my size...: <

But alas, they were the last pair and a bit beat up from people trying it on and wouldn't give me a discount, so I could not justify paying full price for them.

SO cute.

But to my great surprise instead later, we were walking past a store and I saw a pair of shoes in the window that just made me go 'OMG NEED TO TRY ON'.

So I went in. And came out with two pairs of shoes for the price of that one pair of Topshop shoes. I feel justified.

I have been wanting shoes like these two for aggeees and at about 2500 peso each (bit over AUS$50?) I could totally justify it. :] The teal ones are soooo soft! I can't wait to go back to Melbourne and wear them with some tights and shorts!

Recovery Days

Hmm, I'm blogging about my day yesterday because I spent most of today rather spaced out and recovering from a bottle of gin. Mmmm.

But yes, had a really lovely lazy Saturday yesterday with my dad, a spot of badminton in the morning before heading down to High St, Fort Bonifacio, to visit Fully Booked, a 4 story bookstore! Heaaven!

Picked up a few goodies there before going off for lunch.

Food, next to fashion, is one of my biggest loves, ever. I love everything about food except having to cook it!

Dad and I went to this cute lil place called "The Stock Market", they kinda specialize in pineapples, but have a bunch of other yummy things too.

Pan fried catfish with sweet potato mash (loooooove sweet potato) capers and vegies.

Pineapple and frozen yoghurt with pistachio toppings for dessert, mmm, so good!

Following a good lunch, comes more shopping and I hit up the sales at Topshop, as I do. I'm so obsessed with the store. There's a dress from the Kate Moss collection I want, but the store that has the Kate Moss collection doesn't have it in my size. So I've been jumping at the chance to go to any Topshop to see if I can find it. Hehe.

Thought this was so interesting, but so unsure if I would wear it much. Haha, if I was in Melbourne more often I'd wear it with leggings and adorable booties or sexy black wedges.

Ended up picking up a dark grey cardi (cause I need a new one), high waisted black shorts and a high waisted grey skirt for work.

Went to our favourite Japanese restaurant for dinner.

I adore sushi. zomg.

Omgosh. A third post already today?!

Well I can't help it. I just got this e-mail in my inbox about 20 minutes ago and FREEAAAKED OUT when I saw it.

WHITE SUEDE'S SPRING SUMMER 09/10 COLLECTION!

It's gorgeous. I want absolutely everything. Funnily enough, there's a fair bit of leopard print in there, which I have never owned and have never desired to own, but I just love these cuts and the look of the material and I find myself.....really wanting it. I love their mix of hard leather and leopard print and their typical softer patterned and colourful dresses.

Oh...do I really need that trip to USA next year.....

This reminds me that I do need to get my mum's White Moschino jacket at home dry cleaned...

I have decided I need this leather skirt when I get back to Melbourne....it will be winter after all! That's entirely appropriate isn't it?

How could I forget to post this!

I bought my first bit of Tiffany for myself yesterday!

Apparently ladies, according to the Lunar Calendar (the calendar the chinese go by) this month it is good luck for ladies to buy jewelery! So when mum tells me this, after having bought the beautiful 'Save the Children' 125th Anniversary ring from Bulgari, she tells me 'maybe you should get yourself a little something from Tiffany'.

Well, who's to say no when Mummy dear says something like that?

So I popped into Rustan's in Manila and had a look around. Unfortunately the joints here are quite small so the variety is not as big, but after trying on about 4 or 5 different rings and trying to figure out which they have in my size I managed to pick one!

I like big rings (because I have big fingers), but I also decided I wanted to just go for something very simple and subtle, I'm spending a decent amount on this, I want to be able to wear it as often as I can!

So finally got around to editing some photos from a casual photoshoot I had with a model about two weeks ago. I do enjoy editing, but when you're a bit snap happy like me and end up with about 400 photos to look though, it does get rather tiring.

This was my second model shoot to date, I'm typically really shy about shooting other people as I don't have much confidence in my skill and always worry I'll be too unprofessional for people, as I've had no formal training and a lot of what I do is play by ear.

But the model and the make-up artist she brought along were both really relaxed and we ended up having quite a bit of fun!

So here are some shots from the day!

Her make-up just fascinated me, I'm still a bit make-up stupid so it was really quite the arsenal of brushes to look at!

Gosh, I want to play with all the colours!

Lee the make-up artist, noticed some soccer teams assembling for a game, so she proposed the idea of acting as manager and going over to them to ask to pose in a shot with us! And look how well it came out!

So I had a bit of an awful night last night, got invited out, could not decide if I wanted to go out because my esteem was really low. Got confronted by my dad on some personal issues, ended up in a sobbing mess.

Friends got me to go out.

Which was nice, it was a pretty good night, the crowd was decent and you can't go too wrong with a beer or two.

I've been eating like a bitch all weekend so feeling super fat and disgusting. So I'm so glad I bought this skirt last week, it just hides everything!

Also felt like doing something different with my hair, but didn't have many accessories, so just went the pigtail route. Feeling very cute in the office.

Oh dear. I really am terrible aren't I?

So much for promising to update! It's been nearly a month!

I think I just get way to slack when I'm back in Melbourne, I'm there with friends...I lounge around the house...yeah. I just get way to freaking lazy.

I got back to Manila about 3 weeks ago. I actually find, since I go to work here, I really make an effort to dress up more here I think. It's a rare day when I wear jeans and shorts are really saved for days when I'm being lazy at the polo club, otherwise I'm just about always wearing my dresses and high waisted skirts. Oh and elastic garter belts. Which reminds me, I really need to replace my white MNG one which I ADORE to death. Haven't been able to find any other ones that I really like though...they always seem to be the claspy type rather than actual buckle, which is what I personally like.

I'm too worried a clasp might just accidently come undone after one too many ice-creams...

So I was in Malaysia last weekend, just for a weekend with my Dad who was there on some business. I was too I suppose, but I only had two meetings to show up to while Dad had a whole weekend.

So what did I do in my spare time?

Burned a whole in my wallet. ;__;

I spent so much money! But, so many lovely thigns to buy! In my defence, I did only buy (except for one thing) brands that I can't find in Melbourne or Manila (that easily anyway).

Along the way I also tried on lots of fun things, because I'm a tourist and I really don't care what people think! :]

I ADORED this little Marc Jacobs number. Urgh. SO CUTE. If I only had an extra 600 bucks. Which reminds me I absolutely love their bags with hearts all over them. Such a sucker.

Results of my first day of shopping. I was pretty happy. Note, Club Monaco have some of the SOFTEST tanks/tshirts ever. I put one on to try with something else and just fell in love.

I LOVE the Dr. Denim jeans. I'm a little more generous in the thighs due to being a lil more muscular (or so I like to tell myself) so often have trouble finding jeans that fit the crotch area well, due to not being able to pull them up all the way properly.

But the Dr. Denim. Urgh. Love. I tried on 6-7 pairs before deciding on these. Not that I need more jeans. But I'm a hoarder by nature!

So I'm going to try not to shop for a while. Maybe I'll just eat more sweets instead.

On another note, I'm sorry I've been sooo slack with my blog updates! I have been shopping a storm the past week or two...after being good for 2-3 weeks or so....but I did get a happy little Birthday bonus and splurged on two fun items in White Suede and hit up the Zayt warehouse sale with my mother today and picked up some fantastic little pieces which I can't wait to wear!

OMG.

I'M SUPPOSED TO BE AN ADULT NOW.

AIEE!

Yup. It's my Birthday today folks. :] I'm turning 21. Kinda scary! Now I have to go off and get my own healthcare cover and all sorts of adult type responsibilities. :[

I have photos of things I was wearing yesterday since I went shopping with a friend to AA again and helped him buy a pair of Nudies and had my party with my friends, where I decided to try curling my hair as I hadn't done it since I got my hair layered.

Oh I also intend to take photos of some of the goodies my mum got for me! I had to pick her up yesterday morning from the airport as she just returned from Italy and France....and hit up a couple of shopping outlets.

YES. My mummy bought me a Prada watch! I love it. :] I love how edgy the leather cuff is. Just terrified that I'm going to scratch this thing. :[

She also brought back two cute lil Fendi bags, a blue longchamp (I've used my red one to near death) and a gorgeous patent leather YSL satchel! Not quite the Prada one I blogged for a while ago, but definetly something to be very happy about.

She also got some gorgeous Prada boots for herself and some Prada shoes for my brother....for ONLY 50 EURO. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?!

So I curled my hair in the morning, just to see what it would look like....fresh out of the curlers, it was very Marilyn Monroe. Haha!

Feeling very Pin-up-ish, I decided that black and white stripes was very Parisian and that was what I felt like wearing.

While in AA I totally decided that I'm going to buy this dress when the weather gets warmer...

I already have it in the evergreen but...that colour is just amazing. MUST HAVE.

Ah, I was so stressed yesterday, had to rush around to get ready as didn't go shopping til quite late in the day as my friend slept in. Silly boys.

But second time curling hair, I think my mum and I managed to do it much more neatly and it came out very cute!

This is my hair with the curlers freshly out. I also know I wore this outfit only last weekend to another 21st birthday, but different group of friends, soo they hadn't seen it yet. And I got compliments for my dress all night, so I think it was worth it. :]

To sum up what the night was like, bit of a late start with only me being on time (as always), but involve a bit of alcohol and good company and one can always be expected to enjoy their birthday! :]

As I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, got home at 4am and woke up at 7:30am since I have a weird body clock that doesn't like me sleeping past 8am, I'm just going to finish up this post with a few pics from my birthday. Since I'm probably completely incoherent anyway!

First time wearing the dress out, the boy thought it was hot, so mission was a success. :]
I love my Miss Sixty heels, got them at 70% off at the boxing day sales last year and they are one of the most comfortable pair of heels I own. I literally can dance in them all night!

Sauntered into the city yesterday as I had to go buy some cheese for a wine and cheese night with my friends and then meet a boy I'm kinda seeing for lunch. Hehee.
